An overview of our manufacturing possibilities:
Laser technology:
The time of preparation is reduced to a minimum due to the taking over of your geometric data (DXF, CD-Rom or also by E-Mail).
A very high accuracy is obtained, as the cutting edge is smaller than 0,2mm allowing for any contour to be cut. Structural steel and other different materials are cut using oxygen in normal- or low pressure processes. Aluminium alloys are cut using nitrogen in high pressure cutting processes.The cutting edges are therefore free of oxide meaning a high-quality cutting edge and the parts are accurate to size as a result.
Slab size: max. 4000 x 2000mm
Sheet thickness: Steel up to 20mm, stainless steel up to 15mm, aluminium up to 12mm

Printed circuit board length: up to 3000mm
Sheet thickness: up to 12mm
Bending / folding:
Our folding press is equipped with a CNC-controlled angle measuring system that ensures constant precision of the angle.
Thus differences in the type of material and solidity, rolling direction, sheet thickness tolerances and peripheral zone influences can be balanced out.

Sheet metal thickness: up to 10mm
